Source only the best properties aligned to your brief. Detailed cashflow analysis will be provided along with extensive videos for Interstate and International buyers. Pros and cons will be provided to keep you informed.
3. Due Diligence
Negotiate the best price ensuring a smooth buying process through to Settlement. This includes attending auctions, negotiating via Private Treaty, assisting with Building\Pest and Finance clauses, collaborating with your broker and solicitor and conducting the Pre Settlement inspection.
4. Evaluate
Ongoing support and mentoring to help maintain focus along the property journey so you can reach and attain your personal goals.
